Refund & Return Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for mastering services provided by Blue Oak Mastering and/or Blue Oak Recording, Inc.

  • Upon booking and payment confirmation, Blue Oak Mastering will begin the process of mastering your audio project. The final mastered version will be delivered via email or through a secure download link. Please ensure that all materials required for mastering are submitted in the proper format and on time to avoid delays.

  • Due to the customized nature of mastering services, all sales are final. Our work involves significant time, effort, and expertise to deliver a professional result. Once the service is performed, it cannot be undone, so no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be granted—regardless of whether the final master is used or released by the client.

  • Blue Oak Mastering is committed to client satisfaction and offers a reasonable number of revisions after the initial delivery to ensure your expectations are met. However, revisions do not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation. Clients are encouraged to clearly communicate their preferences and expectations upfront to minimize the need for extensive revisions.
